If this is your first health schemes test we require our membership application form (for Accreditation and Monitoring Schemes) to be completed and returned with the samples. We cannot process the samples without this form.

Sample requirements & sending samples

PSGHS blood samples – please use red top tubes. Samples should be dispatched to us within 48 hours of collection and refrigerated until dispatch.

Non-Health Scheme testing – Please provide an extra blood sample/animal if you require non-Health Scheme tests done along with your Health Scheme tests. The correct submission form for non-health scheme testing should be used.
