SRUC

Sustainability is a word used so often today, but what does it really mean?

The key to understanding how we can improve our sustainability is gain an understanding of energy.

Studying courses such as Sustainable Land Use and Food Production or Agricultural Technology will allow you to discover how we can apply new technologies to improve our use of energy, reduce our waste of energy and concentrate energy back into high-density forms such as electricity and heat.

In ten years the industry will be unrecognisable from today and it is the duty of SRUC to meet the technology challenges by providing graduates skilled at implementing and innovating technology in the agricultural industry.
